By using MissionReady, you agree to these terms. MissionReady provides AI-generated resume analysis, LinkedIn feedback, and mock interview practice for informational and coaching purposes only.
Free tier: each email address is entitled to one free resume/LinkedIn scan and a limited number of free mock interview questions. We reserve the right to restrict access for accounts that abuse or attempt to bypass these limits.
Accuracy of Information & User Responsibilities: By submitting your resume, LinkedIn profile, or any other content to MissionReady, you confirm and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and represents your genuine experience, qualifications, and background. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of the content you upload. MissionReady provides analysis, suggestions, and coaching feedback to help you present your real background more effectively — it does not assist with, endorse, or facilitate the fabrication, invention, or misrepresentation of qualifications, employment history, credentials, achievements, or any other information. Submitting falsified, inflated, or misleading content — including through use of this tool — is prohibited and may harm your candidacy, damage your professional reputation, and constitute fraud. You assume full responsibility for any content you produce or submit based on MissionReady's feedback.
No Guarantee of Outcomes: MissionReady is a coaching and preparation tool. All analysis, feedback, scores, and mock interview simulations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, callbacks, placements, salary increases, or any other hiring or career outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, the quality of your applications, market conditions, employer decisions, and the roles you choose to pursue. You acknowledge that no tool or service can guarantee employment, and you should not rely on MissionReady as your sole job-search resource.
Payments: subscription upgrades are processed via Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are handled per the terms shown at checkout.
Intellectual Property & Ownership: MissionReady is owned and operated by MissionBridge Career Advisors. All content, features, scoring rubrics, coaching frameworks, analysis logic, templates, and AI-generated feedback provided through the app are the exclusive property of MissionBridge Career Advisors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License to Use (End User License): Upon creating an account and using MissionReady, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal career coaching and job search purposes. This license does not convey any ownership of the app, its content, or its underlying technology. You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense this license to any other person or entity.
Prohibited Uses: You may not, and agree not to:
- Copy, download, scrape, or extract content, feedback, or materials from the app
- Redistribute, republish, or share any analysis, coaching content, or templates commercially or at scale
- Sell, resell, or sublicense any templates, reports, or AI-generated outputs from the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, scoring logic, or proprietary algorithms underlying the app
- Use the app's outputs to build, train, or enhance a competing product or service
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with usage limits, rate limits, paywalls, or security features
Acceptable use: do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
Termination: we may suspend or terminate your access to MissionReady at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately, though your previously saved data may remain accessible to you as permitted by your account type.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
