MissionReady ("we", "us") collects the email address, resume text, LinkedIn profile content, and interview responses you submit in order to provide resume analysis, mock interview coaching, and related career services.

What we collect: your email address, resume/LinkedIn text you paste or upload, interview conversation content, account profile (such as target vertical and experience level), and usage analytics (such as scans completed, sessions started, features used, and pages visited).

How we use it: to generate your personalized analysis and coaching feedback, track your free usage limits, save your results for the Dashboard, and send you related emails (such as save confirmations or coaching follow-ups).

Third parties: we use AI providers to analyze your submitted text and Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit or debit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment processing securely, and we only receive your subscription status and the email associated with your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices: you can delete all your stored data at any time using the "Delete my data" link in the app footer — this permanently removes your resume analyses and interview sessions after a quick email verification. Using "Not you? Start over" clears your locally saved profile from this device.

Data retention: we retain your resume analyses and interview sessions for as long as your account is active so you can track your progress over time. When you delete your data, it is permanently removed within 30 days.
